Tax cuts for businesses who are allowed to pay below the prevailing wage? Giving some of the money raised by the x-Presidents to churches? Providing a piece of land (most likely in impoverished areas themselves) to build on only if you can get a mortgage? I could go on. Where's the liberalism?
