Prediction: M$M will fall over themselves praising this speech
He practiced saying "I as president am responsible" so he didn't look like he was about to throw up when he said it. M$M will call it powerful, brave, best ever, stepping up to the plate. RoveCo Polling Inc, will report a 10% bump in his numbers tomorrow.

All blamed it on the local officials. They're interviewing them on abc. If those 5 locals say its the local government's fault, then it must be true.
