All I can say is "where's the beef"?
I heard a lot of pablum and platitudes, but little substance...
How about specifics? I really think that the effected people want that. They already know about everything that Bush said... registering, government aid, telephone numbers...

There was no real plan put forward, in steps, as to what he was really going to do to rebuild the city and put peoples lives back together.

He acted that that 60 billion was so wonderful... that's pocket change compared to Iraq!

I was unimpressed as I'm certain those effected will be.
