He screwed NYC. Gulf damage is about 100 times worse. So NOLA will get screwed 100 times more than NYC.

2. Silly - it is all about how this is paid for. If it is paid for with debt
they have managed to sink government in a bathtub no-matter which Democrat is elected President in 2008 or who gets elected in the House 2006.

If rich actually start paying fair share of taxes to undo debt - then, and only then, it is a liberal thing.
