2. Freedom isn't freedom
That is why you cannot smoke a joint in peace and that is why people's yards are not filled with "Impeach Bu$h" signs. Then there is the fact that the Patriot Act gives the president and his minions the right to call anyone a terrorist and haul them off without charges or any notification and hold them indefinitely.

4. this is not constructive
if we don't want "rich white people" to be the way our stereotypes make them out to be then we need to stop making statements like this.

If someone made a generalizing comment about "black" people here they would get crucified for being racist. Why can't we be better than that?

12. oh wow you're right
that is funny!

I'm having an offline conversation with someone else where that phrase is being bandied about, and when I flipped by I guess it was burned into my retinas.

Sorry for my poor reading comprehension, you know my heart is in the right place.

well we wouldn't all be going at this rink like a bunch of bumper cars if we didn't give a damn about getting around the track, so we are on the same side anyway, you can be sure.

5. As a disabled veteran of the Korean war
I cringe when one that has never placed his or her life on the line informs me that freedom is not free.

I have special words for those people but I do not say them.

Just another propaganda line to motivate the masses of asses to sacrifice themselves for the wealthy owners....
