And how will they pay for it? Will they just add it to the tab - which is already about $3 trillion dollars? Three trillion dollars more in debt! Conservatism, hurrah! How much debate will take place about this "appropriation"? Will they simply push it thru in a rush and get it over with? After all, there is an election coming up...

last night - I think it was Ryan from Ohio - mentioned that BushCo is about to ask for more money for Iraq as well.
