.. let's assume he gets the two worst pieces of crap possible on the court.. and the others in other areas he's gotten thru.

Assume we get the House/Senate in '06
and hold them in '08 along with the President.

could we not put loose a pack of fine-tooth comb experts on those judges, fine something, ANYTHING that shows they have LIED or DECEIVED Congress during their hearings....

and lifetime jobs or no.. give them the choice...

resign or be impeached and removed??
