Now it's proven, Bush doesn't know how to behave
Rick Wilking said that he did observe President Bush pass the note to Secretary Rice and shortly afterwards leave the room and return, and Gary Hershorn opined that the whole thing was likely a matter of protocol:

There's a simple explanation, even a serious one, for all of this, he adds. Bush, he points out, is not used to attending meetings at the U.N. and probably did not know what the protocol was for exiting a room and returning. His question to Rice was "proper" and not all that surprising, "asking someone with more experience there about protocol," he said.

1. What it must be like to have so many people covering for you.
Every time this idiot screws up, there is a band of spin doctors waiting in the wings to clean him up - amazing.

3. But did he ask for The Royal Dick Shaker to accompany him?

Don't want to break protocol by shaking off his own dew!

4. Oh, Bull. I took it that he was just bored with all that talking, because
of how it was written. "I just may have to take a bathroom break". Just like the bored kid setting in a lecture. " I just may have to get sick, so I can skip this".

He acts like either a 5 year-old or a spoiled frat boy with the mind of a 5 yr.-old.

5. That pretty much covers it.......
he didn't know how to behave.

while he did do the "proper" thing by asking discreetly -

he's the freaking leader of the free world for Chrissakes.

Protocol is something he should know on his own, or be well-prepped for by the night before?

isn't that what Goldie Hawn's job is??!
