2. Private corp do not like it us here and since FEMA has been made

It's no longer a threat so there's no reason for FEMA to respond to it.

16. Hanging at Angels Zero,
looking for trouble.

(For those not into WW2 aviator slang, Angels Ten is 10,000 feet in altitude. Angels Twenty would be 20,000 feet. Angels Zero is 'If I get any lower, I'll be flying underground')
