on edit: OK this is obviously NOT a Nazi salute...but don't you find it odd that photos resembling something of the sort, always seem to get published...I have a tendency to think that it might be a non-Bush fan in the photo-release department who finds these and puts them up...or maybe not... :tinfoilhat:
