I agree that brownie's FEMA screwed up big time, we must not forget to link the failure of FEMA to the idiot in charge. We must continually associate the gutting of fema to bu$h, the complete stupidity of naming crony to head up fema, the over-all responsibilty of bu$h to be the one who answers to WE the PEOPLE.

8. Couple this with the current Admin view that Gubment is bad,

and only faith-based organizations can really cut through the red tape and help people, and a theme emerges. This inaction is intentional, no doubt about it.
