He has a very reasonable demeanor that I appreciate and aspire to. His confidence in what he says has a very reassuring ring. You just don't hear enough leaders saying it the way it is, at least, the way this guy does. I'm sure his conviction scares the shit out of the Right Wingos.

They try to hit him, but make him appear stronger each time. I think the Right doesn't know how to handle this type of honesty backed by integrity and conviction.

wash his hair), Joy Behar (The View), and Willie Brown were the panelists...My only complaint is that Maher drives me insane every time he asserts that invading Iraq (or "spreading democracy", <yak>)
was a good and worthwhile move.
He'll figure it out eventually, right? LOL

his ability to debate. He's fast on his feet. Very few people are going to want to go one-on-one with him.

His ability to frame a debate and stay on course with his point of view is also remarkable. He doesn't get sidetracked. Righties always try to through debates into an emotional whirl-wind.
