8. Working on it

Though at the moment, practical issues are the concern. We live in DC, and my fiancee's uncle will be staying with us for several days (he's flying in from CA), so I'm working on getting the apartment ready: sweeping and vacuuming up dog fur, dusting everything, locating the inflatable bed, getting extra groceries, etc.

But I've also located my peace flag and will be e-mailing friends to encourage them to come out as well.
