Not because I don't think it will happen, but because I don't think Fitzy has all his ducks lined up yet.

Two Facts:

1) Judy Miller is still in the slammer. While she may be weakening, she's still there. If she was getting ready to spit the beans, there would be a lot of muttering in DC which is not happening.

2) The Grand Jury does not run out until the end of next month, plenty of time to make sure all T's are dotted and I's are crossed.

Not this week, soon, but not this week.

Now having written all that, if it does happen, I'll eat my portion of crow with a big grin on my face.
