and have pity on all those poor folks who only have a million and a half dollars on paper - which they didn't earn - nonetheless Daddy wanted them to have it and not pay any taxes on it. Po' folks....uh-huh...

I can't imagine what the likes of Mr. Hatch would do without that million dollar yacht, or Senator Lott's vacation home in the mountain backlands.
I mean its clear to me those poor people, its going to work very "well" for them(chuckle) because they are going to enjoy themselves.
