the funny thing was that one of the "Iraqi Vets Against the War" pointed out the mispelling on the sign while he was speaking. He made some comment about more funding for education might be needed under the Bush adninistration( or something like that). These women started yelling when they started playing "taps" after names of some of the dead were read. very disrespectuf those freeper women.

When you're going out there, putting yourself in front of national media, you should be willing to take thirty seconds to look over your damn sign to see if you at least spelled it correctly? Why? Because you WILL be held up a representative of the group. It is much different than sitting at a message board banging out post after post without proofing or spell checking. Even here, when I just type out a quick reply such as this one, I just type fast and hit return without proofing. But, when I am making a larger point, perhaps beginning a thread or writing a rant for my own web page, I'll be more cautious.

This woman's sign says more than the words on it. Regardless of her son's "plight," perhaps if this woman was more educated then she would be able to understand when she is being lied to, and that it IS about Bush, NOT the soliders. Bush is the reason she is standing there now telling us it's not about Bush. The soliders didn't lie to us and say "Send me! Send me!"

No, I don't buy it. She only had a few words to write...she could have at least spelled them correctly.

I was on the Green in New Haven. Those freeps were so annoying and very rude at one point.
