The British Government has learned that Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from Africa. That was in his State of the Union lie, er, address on January 28, 2003.

Of course, they were are are a lie.

Condi Rice coined the phrase, trying to belittle the lie as being "only 16 words" in a long SOTU speech.

shaky intel....

I believe ha gave another speech prior, and the 16 words were removed. Then they magically reappeared for the SOTUA.
