LCN goes way way back in time. Which Bushevik helped start it & why?
I will also need to see some links to back this up. I reserve the right to see the evidence and judge for myself.
Just because the Busheviks operate like LCN doesn't necessarily mean they invented it.
Just that they learned from it, as they learned from Hitler & Stalin on Perception management and self-reinforcing propaganda.

Because the government couldn't be trusted the LCN was started so that some type of rule and security could be implemented.
