Why is Kucinich not a member of the
Congressional Progressive Caucus? Is this an error?

7. That's how the error occurred
If you open the "Page history" at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Congressional_Progressive_Caucus&action=history you can look at the edits. On September 5, somebody substituted Woolsey for Kucinich as a co-chair, but forgot that, as a result, Kucinich's name had to be added to the list of other (non-officer) members. I've made the correction.

Next time you see something like this, just fix it yourself. You really can edit Wikipedia, without even registering an account. The motto there is: Be bold! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Be_bold_in_updating_pages

My subjective impression is that there's been a recent increase in markedly right-wing editors on Wikipedia. It would be great if more progressives would help out. You can contribute a lot just by writing what you know about, and even more if you're willing to do a bit of research and provide citations.

10. You may be right
about more RWers editing political subjects on Wikipedia, but I somehow doubt that a conservative would delete or omit Kucinich. This was probably just an oversight...an honest mistake...

13. I agree, not a RW plot, but...
I was just trying to take the occasion to recruit more progressives to contribute their work to Wikipedia. Alexa now ranks Wikipedia as the 53rd most heavily trafficked site on the Web -- getting, for example, more than twice as many page views as foxnews.com and usatoday.com combined. It would be a shame to let a resource like that be dominated by conservatives, especially because it's one of the few areas where they can't just buy more exposure.

I'll be glad to help any DUers who want to get involved. You can just start editing, but some people feel more comfortable with a native guide.

Thanx for showing your ignorance, tho.

12. If you don't like him it's because
you don't know enough about him. He is one of the small percentage of elected leaders who actually does stand up and speak the truth for the sake of the people, not just the ones in his district who elected him, but for the sake of people everywhere. There is nothing in his word or deed not to like. He isn't your typical corporate controlled D.C. insider. He is a scrappy fighter against injustice toward the common man. He is what every elected official should be.

14. Then why did
you bother to comment in this thread.

And Kucinich does have a family - a wife, a grown daughter who is a reporter, a bunch of brothers and sisters.
