Okay, so the news today, did it just really suck or what? I mean |
|
it seemed to me that today they were trying to put forth * propaganda in full force. I have mostly been watching MSNBC and CNN throughout this whole disaster with a little NBC Nightly news and of course Democracy Now. Today, the stories seemed to all be same from show to show and there was alot more info from the fascist friendly side. Is it just me? Anyone else notice this? It's like they don't have any new pictures...because they are being censored.

for reporting the story of the residents in Kenner, LA. The only place in the city STILL without power. No shelter set up within the city limits, so people are attempting to live in their mold infested homes. Feds set up a shelter for them 50 miles away, but many in the mostly Hispanic community need to stay there as they've got jobs they need to get to.
You didn't even need a tin foil hat to see that it seemed very deliberate.

not seem as busy as it has been for the last few weeks.I did notice that they sort of emphasized on Nagan. There was an opportunity to clarify what he meant when he okayed people to come back to new orleans, but the focus was more on the fact that he and Allen were at odds with each other.I think they could have expressed the fact that Nagan is being placed under heavy pressure by business in New Orleans and basically threated that they will take their business elsewhere if the people don't come back. So,that is why Nagan was pushing for return, while Allen was pushing for more time to prepare the city.President Bush, did one smart thing. He took both of their sides. So,perhaps,Rove is NOT back in town.:sarcasm:
