1. Well that would be a conspiracy theory now mopaul. People who even |
|
breathed that something like that should be CONSIDERED in the range of possibilities, were severely browbeaten on this forum.

7. Perhaps because the "possibilities" |
|
had no basis in fact, no proper research behind them, and no logical thought to support them.
People, just because a high school student gets a notion in his head and posts it on the web doesn't make a fact true. Get the information first, from multiple sources, and figure out what floats and what doesn't.

3. Why, what nationality do you think they were? |
|
Remember, the families of those named as bombers all acknowledge they have disappeared, and they had no particular reason to be in London together that day. Oh, and we have a video of one of them saying he's going to do it. No, I think it's fairly sure that the 4 bombers have been correctly indentified as the 4 British men. You might dispute if they all knew they were going to die, who, if anyone, was working with them, and so on, but I can't see why what has happened in Basra makes you think the London bombers weren't British.

4. Umm, isn't it kind of insulting |
|
to suggest that every bombing and terrorist act that happens is committed by ours or American secret operatives. Doesn't that kind of spit in the face of the genuine anger out there?

10. Not every bombing and terrorist act |
|
I only give them credit for about half of them.

6. Yes, it seems they were Brits |
|
but it's strange how no-one has been arrested in connection with 7/7 ... and the story about the guy arrested in Zambia (who set up a terror camp in Oregon) has completely disappeared off the radar.

8. Yes they were... the question is were they working for the state? |
|
I think myself that they actual bomb carriers were set up by people working for the state.
Thats just my cynical take after years of watching the murky operations of British intelligence and their gorey aftermath.

if I was cynical, I'd say the timing of the 7/7 attacks was perfect for the neocons to pull the spotlight away from development and back onto terrorism.
The failed attempt on 21/7 took the spotlight off the investigation of 7/7, plus the shooting of the Brazilian guy and the capture of the failed bombers made it look as if the govt were actually doing something and getting results.
