How will the Bankruptcy Bill affect Katrina victims?
As many people in the Gulf did not have flood insurance, how will the new "bankruptcy bill" affect survivors?

1. Easy
It's going to screw everyone.

And, when that's over, the new credit card minimum payments will further screw people.

And, after that shock sets in, the interest-only mortgages that completely unqualified people got will suddenly become untenable.

Houses will be foreclosed, the real estate bubble will burst, but only while qualified investors - or the Chinese - or both - scoop up those bargain houses and put them up as rental properties.

Screwed. Our new national motto.

5. Naw
He's too dumb to know how to screw properly.

Even his "twins" were conceived by in vitro fertilization, a fact the whole damnable family would like to keep very, very quiet.

3. They voted down an ammendment
covering just this type of happening, so, unless individual companies come forward and give a grace period to those affected, they'll probably lose the lot that their rubble is piled on. Or the neighbors rubble.

6. You are right, and I don't care that you can't spell.
And thank you. With all sincerity, because your point is very well taken.
