Frankin nails it about Roberts
Edited on Wed Sep-21-05 11:32 AM by LSK
Roberts keeps saying he will go by the rule of law. But thats not the role of the Supreme Court. On the Supreme Court, the role demands that you determine if laws are Constitutional and should continue to be a law. And therefore, Roberts has not given us anything. Telling us he will go by the rule of law is not the issue. When you are on the Supreme Court, issues are not black and white.

2. Exactly what I've been thinking!
If can "get it" then everyone should be able to. I guess my civics and government classes in school weren't a waste afterall.
