On the Springer Radio Show today.... |
|
He was going on and on about this government is the government "we" deserve....
That we, as voters, rely way too much on political party affiliation, whether or not someone goes to church and trumped up cultural issues to make decisions about competence....
Jerry makes a great point....
People knew this guy didn't have the right stuff to be president, hell he doesn't even have the right stuff to be a city councilman....
And yet, millions of people voted for this guy just because he claimed to be a moral man.....
And instead of the Democrats making an issue of his competance, we tried to fight a values laden campaign with this POS.....
If any of these so called advisers from the last two campaigns gets any where near our candidate, we should rise up and revolt against our own party and demand that the race be run on economic issues and competency....
Fuck the values...

Why else do you think they made gay marriage a big issue last year? They knew they wouldn't get anywhere without proving someway they were the moral party. :eyes: Moral my ass.

4. Gay marriage is a straw man. They trot it out just like the Flag Burning |
|
Amendment. They trot it out to hide the fact that they have done absolutely nothing to help in the time they have been in control.

6. I don’t know where they find these “advisers” |
|
but most appear to have resumes not much better than old Brownie.
The best way to handle these issues is to dismiss them as being red herrings and move on to the economy and national security, period. We make it too easy for them when we feel the urge to defend our “morality” via the phony TV “debate” formats and get no further than talking about god, gays and guns.

Clinton won because it was all about the economy....
I think the dems are too afraid to piss off the wall street types who still raise money for the campaigns....
But I think this last go around showed a lot of people that money can be raised effectively on line, jumping over the money changers in the temple and takin' it to the Streets......
