3 weeks and counting Judge Hellerstein... where is our "speedy decision"?

NEW YORK (AP) -- A judge said he was hesitant to release pictures and videotapes of detainee abuse at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison while top government officials insisted that deaths could result.

(snip...)
The judge did not say when he would rule, but he has indicated that a speedy decision is important so the public's right to know is not compromised.

How can I ignore the expert opinion of Gen. Myers, who is concerned with the safety of his troops?" the judge asked. "I can't substitute my opinion for the opinion of Gen. Myers."

6. Gen. ClusterFuck Myers appears to be concerned
that the citizens of the United States will threaten the safety of his troops if they discover what those troops have been ordered to do in their name. It certainly would not be the Iraqis: they already know all about the torture, the sexual humiliation, the rape and murder that has been done to them.

5. Did that on Sept 1st.
Took the suggestion of another DUer and reminded him about the Holocaust and that any people would never have believed it without the pictures and that there are lots of Americans who will never believe this either without the proof.

Also - the article says the photos disprove the "few rotten apples" theory.
