242 calls for help to Biloxi PD during Katrina - police could not respond
Anyone having second thoughts about evacuating from Hurricane Rita please listen to the audio tapes of the calls to Biloxi P.D.'s 911 lines as reported in this local news story.

242 calls for help came in to the police department and help could not be dispatched.
