's Out the Kazoo...during the BOOM...who must be "sweating bullets" wondering if "next year" THEY will be HIT...Florida, SC Coast and on up into Wrightsville (Lower NC where prices in the last year Doubled for condo's/houses.)

The "Speculation Real Estate Bubble" must be really trying to "unload' at this point. They won't tell you this on CNBC or MS Moneyline" because "THEY" want to get out before "YOU DO."

Shore Property is better to RENT if you love the Beach as I do..in the coming times than to BUY..with higher insurance costs, beach erosion and threats every year.

RENT....RENT... There WILL be BARGAINS...but ecologically speaking...WHAT THE HELL are they renting to SEE when all the indigenous Wildlife is GONE? :cry:
