If FEMA was coordinating the JetBlue crash landing, how long would |
|
it take them to: a) Finally turn on CNN and realize that it crash landed b) Send out a crew to LAX c) Let the rescue crews in
Personally, I think a) They never turned on CNN. The Arabian Horse Association read it in the newspaper the next day and called FEMA. b) They first sent the crew to Long Beach, then diverted them to Minneapolis, and finally get them to LAX after 2 days. c) First they have to asses the situation by popping some popcorn, watching the remains for a while, assesing the situation, and eventually let 5 taxis and a dump truck in to clean up/evacuate the bodies. Oh yeah, and Haliburton would be contracted to do all of this.

just can't find humor in the situation until they are safe on the ground.
I was surfing through the channels and heard them say on Fox that Jet Blue carries Fox News on board and the people are watching their plane on their TV's.

3. Hehe, yeah. This was a minor problem as far as emergencies go. |
