Is there an issue-for-issue comparison between 'Pukes and Dems somewhere? |
|
Like a table or spreadsheet that just addresses our stands on issues item for item to compare our differences?
A RW bud of mine said that although * is such a fuck up, we aren't seeing the big picture. When asked what that was, of course the dope couldn't tell me. Therefore, I'd like to compare the differences between parties to see if I can figure out what their "big picture" is.

Republicans: Evil, greedy, selfish liars.
Democrats: Rudderless, well-intentioned, do-gooders.

Issue #1 Dems - solved #1 with either the best private market or public program depending on experience and results the world over
Repukes - private sector must step in, governance on this issue #1 & regulations must be destroyed.Halliburton must be given the contract.
Issue #2 Dems - solved #2 with either the best private market or public program depending on experience and the best results the world over
Repukes - private sector must step in, governance on this issue #2 & regulations must be destroyed. Halliburton must be given the contract.
Issue #3 Dems - solved #3 with either the best private market or public program depending on experience and results the world over
Repukes - private sector must step in, governance on this issue #3 & regulations must be destroyed. Halliburton must be given the contract.

3. Some problems with the differences. |
|
Iraq. Supreme Court Justices. Spending.
Where have you seen the democrats put up much resistance on these issues? Every once in a while you see a spark of independence from the democrats, but mostly both parties are either taking the same position or the democrats are failing to adopt and present an alternative.
Its really depressing.

4. is there a web site somewhere |
|
that really provides a detailed list of positions?
However, I have to admit that I have given up on Democrats not be corporatists just like the Bushies. A few, like Conyers, have my respect. But a bunch, epitomized by Biden and Lieberman only have my contempt. And after Schumer's idiotic, patronizing speech in the Roberts' judicial hearings, I think he's contemptible too.
