Since Congress voted down investigating the Plame case,
does that mean that nothing will happen to Rove? I thought the Justice Department was investigating, why was there a vote in Congress?

3. That was a preliminary to impeachment
HRes 375 is a "Resolution of Inquiry". Being voted down doesn't prevent another being brought up later. But being voted down this time puts all the Repukes on record of impeding a resolution of inquiry. This can be used against them next year in November.

4. I beleive the dems were attempting
to broaden the scope of Fitzgerald's investigation to cover the reasons for the smear/blow campaign. (cover for lies)
