she needed to do something given her past voting record - not sure when Biden is up for re-election have to look it up. BTW Kerry has announced he is voting NO - good for him!!!!!

isnt that what the hearing process is for ok that aside for the moment
i never thought i would be on the side of biden/kerry/feinstein in a vote that has patrick leahy on the other side
there has to be more to the story please tell me there is

Leahy AND Feingold.
I don't know what is up with those two. They both have a strong progressive record. However, as I have said before, trust can show that a person has strength of character. Perhaps that is what these two fellows are doing, trusting because it is the "nice thing to do".
The only problem with that is the fact that when dealng with neocons, trust is not an asset, it is a liability....and these two should know it. They cannot be THAT naive.
