URGENT - I unexpectedly have space available in DC

AnnInLA and I were going to be sharing a room at the Holiday Inn on C Street SW in DC this weekend, but she is now under a voluntary evacuation order and can't come. So now I have room for one (or possibly more if you don't mind sharing a bed) female roommate. It's a great location -- AnnInLA has had the room reserved for months. So please PM me if you're interested. I'm a 59-year-old hippie grandma with a young heart, so I have no age restrictions.

1. How much is the room? How many beds?

Is it two double-beds?

I have no idea how much it costs. AnnInLA had the room paid for months ago, she told me. She formerly had a friend who was coming from Missouri to share it with her, he couldn't make it, so I subbed in, and now she can't make it, so I'm offering. I told Ann I'd work out the finances with her afterwards because I just can't see letting her pay for it when she's not even going to be there, but for the moment money is not an issue.

3. Is it for Friday & Saturday?

ON EDIT: If it's double-beds, I'll take it. I'm comming to DC with a female friend on Friday night. We can share a bed, that's why I asked if there were two double-beds in the room.

I've had one other reply ... she didn't need the room Friday night, but probably Saturday and Sunday. I could give it to you for Friday for sure then. Let me get back to you a little later after I see what her situation is for sure. I'll let you know something before noon my time -- which is a couple of hours from now. Will that work?

Let me know when you know 100%. I have lodging taken care of already, but it's going to be tight. When I made my plans, I didn't take into account a freind who didn't want to sleep on the floor.

If you can get me both nights, and it's under $50 a person per night, I will take it.

sharing a bed with me one night. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from her. Friday is a definite for you. Don't worry about the money -- $50 a night or less is fine. AnnInLA and I will work out any difference later. What she told me was, "Don't let the hotel take any money from you. This was all paid for months ago."

Are you all driving or flying in? We'll need to figure out where to meet up so we'll all know the room number and can get you a key. I'm arriving at Ray-gun Airport at 1 p.m.

I get in at 1:00 p.m. And thanks to BrainShrub and LibnNC I now have a full room. I'm just so sorry that AnnInLA has to miss this -- she was really looking forward to it.
