And identify it as rumor, quite clearly.

The physiological facts of the matter are simple observation. He *does* have that jaw motion.

We know that he was a drunk and a cokehead until age 40. That's a fact, jack.

And we know he fell off the sobriety wagon on booze some time back.

And I have a report from a woman who was dating an administration official that Bush was drinking, which she saw for herself, and that she heard from her date that he was injecting cocaine.

So, disbelieve it if you like. She was right about the drinking.

9. The Drinking I Can Easily See

From my years in radio I got to see a lot of people smoking, drinking and occasionally snorting...but shooting was something you rarely heard about and almost never saw. Thus the claim really has a lot of stretch to it considering how private a thing it is for someone to go to such lengths to get high.

This frat boy exhibits all the signs of years, if not decades, of alcohol abuse. Last week they had him toasting dignitaries at the UN and that glass sure didn't look like it had Welch's grape juice in it.

Problem with these kinda stories...they have a way of seeping out of here and end up in the damnest of places. Didn't we see this with all the Clinton drug allegations?
