How many people returned to New Orleans..per Mayor Nagin?
Just curious if we have any numbers. Are we talking about thousands or hundreds? I think he blew it big time.

Last I heard he delayed the return because of Rita.

This was about 2 days ago.

3. NO tv stations are saying between 400-500 people left in NO.
Nagin called off letting people return after the FEMA director had a cow.
