My trip to Paris this afternoon

Had to go to Paris for some errands.
At 2 pm on a Thursday afternoon, Wal Mart parking lot was FULL.
Wal Mart was pulling everything in--including coke machines.
At Tractor Supply, they were loading all of their heavy equipment on trailers.
Drove by a Nursing Home...there was a tour bus parked outside unloading 60 residents from Galveston.
Nobody is leaving anything to chance.

4. Not much, people buying stuff, mostly.

I may go get some food later. I don't have anything other than microwave popcorn in the house, and I doubt that'll work well when the power goes out!
