People filling up plastic containers. They're not even evacuating. A straight panic.

the prices, and the people waiting for the pumps to turn back on were berating the attendants.

in an area where there is apparently a dearth of stations, it would have helped in a big way to prevent chaos from breaking out.

|
The traffic jams are potentially deadly if it's not cleared when the storm comes. CNN and the rest of the "media" will be going to every gas station in TX looking for a scuffle now.

17. I went out an about today. I'm not in the storm surge area, but the gas |
|
station down the street from me was jammed packed. I drove past that one a little further down the road where there are two stations on each corner of the street and one gas station was almost completely empty while the other looked like a normal day. Yet 3 blocks away everyone was trying to get into one station. Didn't make a lot of sense to me.

The station owner should be prosecuted and jailed for refusing "Legal Tender For All Debts Public and Private" .... and discriminating against people (like the POOR) who don't have credit cards!

This type of stuff has replaced that.
Watching people from a police helicopter kicking the crap out of each other for a gallon of gas is the new breaking news flash from the MSM.
How quickly our society crumbles when the have mores piss off the have nots.
There is a seething reptilian anger lurking below the surface of this country. Give it time folks, it's not a matter of if but when it will explode.
