Seems Perry sent Tweety autographed Roger Clemmons baseball as a "gift" and they were "yucking it up," at the end of a dreadful report where Perry refuses to open up the empty lanes so that folks who've sat for up to 15 hours tryng to get out of Houston by saying "Chris, everything is going well with our evacuation and we can't open those lanes because of "safety issues."

Meanwhile the "split screen" shows miles of stalled traffic while the Southbound lanes are dead. According to Gov. Rick Perry all is going well with everything and he's smiley and happy and Matthews congratulates him on a "great job."

What Planet to these Smiley Repugs Live on? Are they totally out of it? The Democratic Govenor of SC was NOT re-elected because he didn't open all sections of I-16 to those evacuating during Hurricane Fran. The people were SO ANGRY at what they thought was his incompetence they threw him out? Will the people of Texas throw Perry out for his lack of consideration for evacuee's?

After the debaucle the "incoming" Repug SC Govenor has Opened all lanes of I-26 in fear for his life if folks ever had to go through what they went through during Fran in new evacuations.
