4. In a locker room once

I heard several off-duty cops talking about two kinds of people in the world: "Cop and Perps".

I pointed out that I had heard a different version of tow kinds of criminals in the world: "Those with badges and those without."

They didn't appreciate the observation.

3. immediately after the hurricane.........

.........you know, when they were waiting on FEMA to do something, Keith Olbermann had a story about looters. There was a journalist in this store and he saw a lady cop in there. He asked her what she was doing and she said she was looking for looters. Well, there were lots of people in that store so everyone was looting!! But she didn't make any arrests!

In the same report, it showed another cop outside the store pushing a grocery cart with a bunch of stuff in it. Judging by that one report, it looked like everyone was looting.......including the cops!
