Port Arthur, TX to be flooded tomorrow night -CNN
Larry King just had the Mayor on (Oscar Ortiz) and he (Mayor) said that the city's levee system is designed to handle swells of no more than 15 feet and the storm surge is expected to be 20-25 feet.
