I really like both these guys. They have good progreessive records on many issues.

But they are to a large extent laying it to waste by voting for Roberts. Roberts is RW partisan hack, who cannot be trusted to administer justice impartially.

And he will be in a position of doing so for many years. Presidents and congresspeople will come and go. Legislation will change, laws will be amended (such as the PATRIOT Act), but Roberts will have an impact for atleast thirty, possible forty or more years. His interpretations are what allows congress to do what it does.

This shows an INCREDIBLE lapse of judgement and principle or not, as much as it pains me to say this, I would find it very difficult to support a Feingold bid for presidency.
