I'm expecting a major disruption on the border of total system failure of the Federal, Local and State, especially if RITA makes land fall as a devastating Cat. 4 Hurricane close to Houston.

I seriously can't see us doing better than Katrina, especially without total Federal support ..... with FEMA F***ed-up that's definitely not happening.

What happened to all the "under-privileged" (to quote Bushit's mum) from NO? Have the "under-privileged" in Texas been left to their own devices without assistance to get out of the hurricanes path?


And we're only 2 month away from the end Hurricane season! :-(

They're going to make an effort to LOOK more competent, but the bottom line is that they are INcompetent. Can't fix that in 3 weeks, which means, unfortunately, more fuckups, more people suffering.
