NEW ORLEANS The death toll from Hurricane Katrina keeps rising. snip

The sad job of finding victims has been put off for now, because of Hurricane Rita. Workers under contract to collect the bodies were taken off the streets of New Orleans because of the approaching storm.

2. I have a feeling they are hoping to wait long enough they are

washed away... Already shoes and debris are washing up in Galveston from NOLA--wonder how many bodies are out in the Gulf, never to be retrieved OR COUNTED.....:mad:

What kind of country treats their dead with such disrespect, the world wants to know!!!!!

3. This is a crime how long it is taking them to recover and count the bodies

like that story a couple of days ago about how they finally went into that house and found an elderly man with the body of his wife who had died FIVE DAYS AGO. Fucking criminal. This is all fucking criminal.
