Need help with freeper e-mail about Astrodome evacuees

My wife got an e-mail from a freeper friend of hers about the Katrina evacuees in the Astrodome that was supposedly written by the wife of a policeman working down there. I googled it and looked on snopes and couldn't find anything about it, but it was terribly racist and probably completely BS. Has anyone seen it?

Some points (from memory of what wifey told me):

1. Evacuees engaged in prostitution and drug running in city of Houston.
2. Enraged when doors are locked after returning drunk/drugged/turning tricks/etc. and vandalizing and attacking cops.
3. Young elbowing elderly out of the way to get credit cards.
4. Job fair set up outside the dome had to shut down early because nobody was interested in getting a job.
5. Shell oil offering good jobs and nobody taking them, making cop mad because it payed better than his job.

What I would do if you really feel the need to counter this: Give the person tons of stats on what creates the things you listed. Such as poverty, lack of education, racism, etc.

It goes to the heart of what Liberals are trying to do and the Republicans are creating the problem in the first place. It's a long old war between the poor and the rich.

19. I never got the e-mail, my wife did

I always refute the lies when people send crap like to me, so they don't send it anymore.

Whenever I got a pro-war e-mail is would send back the goriest pic I could find of civilian casualties. That got me off many a freeper's e-mail list.

The other day I got one from my mother from some supposed pastor bragging about how Christians are doing so much for the Katrina victims and nobody else is.

I lost my last "compassionate conservative" friend over a similar email message.

I suggested she was promoting genocide and that shut her up; then there was a discussion about "culling the herd" -- the friendship has ended.

This email needs some facts and debunking, but why bother? Freeps don't think for themselves.

Here is how it works.. their minds are operating in the lower left 'Reptilian' mind(i kid you not) ..they have an ego gratifying response to showing people they despise, all people not in their "Loop View".. that they are superior.

the way this loop works is...

where ever information is entered into their perceptual format they come to the same conclusion.. it is digital, 'withthem' or 'one of the 'others''.. to despise and deliberately torment with their brain shit.

there is no Communicating with them... do not look them in the eyes
or make any quick movenents..look down and back away slowly.

the only thing that will help them is participating in Art, Music-as in learning to play a musical instrument with a teacher, repetitious exercise-as in jogging ,running or swimming laps, or what works best and most quickly..Meditation. i have taught meditation in Juvenile prisons and all were paroled in 30 to 60 days.

remember that these obnoxious fools are actually mentally ill and are suffering greatly.. I have compassion for them and leave them the hell alone. because i Hate the sons of bitches.

I just tell them look up and see who is who your puppet master is..think for yourself, be free.

I finally made headway awhile back with my RW cousin who was always sending me this crap. I'd do a bit of research or sometime find the info on snopes. At first he was astonished that there was inaccurate info being spread. It told him to think about who might have written it, what their point was and what they were trying to accomplish by sending it out across the Internet. He forwarded the links to the person who was sending them to him and the e-mails stopped. Small steps but it's a start.

I always try to refute this stuff. For some people it won't matter, but for others, it just might make a difference.
