Bush is NOT "Riding out the Storm" in Colorado-what bullsh*t
The people that ride out a storm are the ones that either are forced to stay in the weather or are foolhardy.. but they are geographically in the line of the weather. Otherwise, you might as well say that people in Wyoming and South Dakota and Canada are "riding out the storm".
