Diebold is weakening
Some sort of action against Diebold would be great right now.

3. The thing to do now on this is email article to local business editor at
your paper and ask what this means for the integrity of their banking machines and voting machines.

7. Time for a billion-dollar class action suit by the People of America
Tie them up in court for a million years.

That is the caveat to BushCo's privitization scheme...private companies can be sued, whereas the govt can't. Diebold has committed fraud against the People of the United States. We need a brave lawyer to take on this suit on behalf of the people. To expose this sham. To let people know what is going on.

Well? Brave lawyers looking for major headlines? Will SOMEONE step up to the plate for our constitution?

8. Well, it's not so terrific if you look at the stock's history:

They really have not lost that much ground.

9. Diebold
Pretty dramatic weakening of price in last week or so, but I can't believe that too many Wall Street analysts read BradBlog. I wonder if Fitz's ever-widening investigation is getting close to Diebold.

10. Some Democratic corporation* should buy them out. All voting
Edited on Fri Sep-23-05 02:49 PM by higher class
machines in operation are operated by Republican corporations and owned by devoted Republicans (including one started and owned by a Republican sitting Senator).

If not a corporation, the DNC should sponsor a voting machine and ask hardware, software, communication, and system experts who are also interested in the integrity of the Constitution and Bill of Rights to build a perfect one that is vetted by an association of similarly concerned citizens.

Then we'll see which dishonest county election boards buy the Republican machines.

Citizens should also demand that they have their own polling experts and that the call is made by them - in opposition to Republican networks - CNN, FOX, NBCs, CBS, ABC (who buy the services of the polling experts and then manipulate it for their partners in crime).

In other words - THE CITIZENS MUST TAKE CHARGE and the DNC DLC and Democratic leaders must DO SOMTHING.

My vote is my most precious possession and it has been stolen.

11. NO corporation should OWN the people's voting machines, if a company
Edited on Fri Sep-23-05 03:02 PM by LaPera
owns our voting process, it's begging for exploitation, deception, distortions and lies!

Money, (and the republican corporation always have it) will ALWAYS corrupt if we allow them the chance...And The Republican Owned Electronic Voting Machines are proof...No one should own our voting machines.
