Looks like a great show, I hope there is some discussion of the peace march in Washington. Is the lack of coverage due to Hurricane Rita. I do not entirely think so. The next revolution will not be televised. In that case it will never exist.

I'm looking forward to hearing about the march. Other than spending a little time online reading blogs, I've heard nothing. Nothing on tv, nothing on the radio.

I've got 250 papers to correct this weekend; I'm listening in and reading papers.

My problems, when I have them, are with an overloaded cable internet line, and with the wireless router trying to send a signal from one end of the house to another. I can't always listen in; so far today I'm fine. Only lost the signal twice, and it reconnected on it's own a minute or two later.

14. I'll chime in to say that I agree with

the frustration expressed re: silent, passive Democratic representatives. It makes me wonder why I'm a Democrat, if that's what the party has to offer in the way of representation. I get really angry when I reflect on the fact that these reps count on our digust with, fear of, etc. the Republican Party to garner the votes that put them in office, rather than the actual stands they take.

I have missed nostamj; DU itself has not had quite the same "shine" for me without his presence. :-(

Nostamj and Andy are gone. Two men who did more walking than talking in the effort to oppose GWB, fraudulent elections, and more. Guy is another man doing more than many, and I'd like to know that his efforts will continue. Happily, we don't have to try to save his life; we just have to keep him on the air.

for the privilege of archiving his shows. It is all I can do as you know we are in our own fundraising crisis at present.

If 1000 DUers would each send $10... Equivalent of a meal at Steak n Shake, Guy's show would be saved.

Wow. I knew the audience was probably growing, but just didn't realize how much. There still seem to be more "regular" callers than new voices. I haven't called much lately; besides the move, and that my schedule doesn't always put me in front of the computer at air time, my level of frustration has grown to such a level that I don't know how much I have to say anymore. How many times can I call in to say "THIS IS INSUPPORTABLE! WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING?"

I do appreciate being able to catch the archives at White Rose, and the efforts that you've put into providing such a great resource!

With 70,000 listeners each week, $10 from 2% of them would make the difference.
