It's raining like a son of a bitch in Little Rock --Lovely Rita! |
|
Blowing, torrential tropical storm rain.
Dark. Tornoados popping up like Jiffy Pop. Tornado watch for a good long while still, localized flooding, 5 or 6 inches of rain.
Man, this would've sucked if it had been even a category 1. This gives me, in my still-lighted home, just the slightest taste of what the poor folk of the Gulf Coast have endured this year.
Should rain here, they say, for 2 or 3 days.
Then a cold front.

and all others in the affected area. But maybe you should think that it could be worse. You could have been in New Orleans. At least you will still have a home, albeit a soggy one. Tornadoes are something to watch out for though. They can be wicked. Be careful down there.
