3. Well I thought they were... but
now I am not so sure. If not then I truly apologize. I thought I had found a gem.

5. That pic comes from the whatreallyhappened.com website

Here's how it's described:
LOOK AT THE PHOTOS OF THE CROWDS AT THE ANTI-WAR PROTESTS. COUNT THEIR NUMBERS. SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES THE MEDIA LIE OF POPULAR SUPPORT FOR THE INVASION OF IRAQ LAID BARE BEFORE THE WORLD.

http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/protestphotos.html

ALL of the more "sensationalist" type of websites should be approached with a strong measure of caution, but this particular shot looks authentic to me. I'll run with that one.

On edit: I would have thought that places like the Washington Monument would have been closed and probably closely guarded on events such as this. Can anyone here tell us if there's a publicly accessable webcam atop that Monument?

6. About 1/3 of way down
is a nice picture. A woman and what appears to be her grandson protesting (sign says War Fuel Terrorism). In this, and all the other signs I have seen, there seems to a diverse group age-wise. Very good to see.
