WANT TO HELP IN BILOXI?

Im flying down to Biloxi (from greensboro NC) on the 16th of October for a week, there is an organization that will house and feed us and has lots of work. I heard about them on NPR and seemed like a great thing to do. Im not shilling for the group, its just i wanted to find an organization that is self contained, and every day of work people can do will help. Let me know ifyou want to help at that point or any other. R

We aren't getting any real news out of South Miss. The only way we'll find out what's going on down there is from eyewitness accounts from groups like yours.

We need to know who has (and hasn't) gotten any assistance from FEMA. We need to know how far apart the Red Cross stations are, and if they are properly staffed and stocked.
Are the people getting alternative shelter of some sort (and of what sort?). I will assume (for the sake of my own sanity) that by mid-October, there will be no one going hungry or thirsty.

We have to get accounts from everyone who goes down to help. That's the only way the true story will be told.
