Home Team vs. Opponents (war protesters)
Local paper headline and article continually refers to DC crowd as simply opponents, as if we are the visiting team.

Yes I oppose the war - and I am the home team!

1. Home vs. opponents
Last time I checked, we are all Americans, thus there is no "home team". It's just a goddam shame that thoser of us who are against unjust invasions are labelled as "opponents". Yep, I'm an opponent of the invasion of a country that posed little, if any threat, to the USA. No, I am not opposed to protecting the USA. If there are any lurking freepers out there, I can't make it any plainer than that.
